t Restaurant 31, we bring the sea to the mountain. Oysters, platters and direct deliveries from our partner producers, quality seafood, rarely found in Andorra, to enjoy in the heart of Pas de la Casa.


Some of our oysters come from Les Parcs de l’Impératrice, on the Cap Ferret Peninsula. A house driven by three passionate individuals, Philippe Dayot, Serge Cazaux and Joël Dupuch, who alone represents six generations of oyster farmers. Together they select and produce oysters at the heart of a unique and protected saline ecosystem. Meaty, briny, grown with exacting standards: a genuine, sincere product worthy of their expertise.
We work in short supply chains with French artisans and producers we have met in person. Maison Hourcq, Le Porc Noir de Bigorre, Edmond Fallot, Glace Ariège, Joël Dupuch… Every partner shares the same standards: quality, freshness, craftsmanship, allowing us to clearly answer every question about what’s on the plate.

In Pas de la Casa, seafood is hard to come by. The geography explains it: Andorra is landlocked, far from the coast, and few establishments offer this type of fresh produce. That is precisely why we wanted to offer it at Restaurant 31. To introduce quality oysters and seafood in the heart of the mountains, accessible, carefully sourced, authentic. An unusual experience in Andorra, and one we are proud to share.

Both from the restaurant industry, we are passionate about quality produce, wherever it comes from, as long as it is genuine. When we arrived in Pas de la Casa, we immediately noticed the gap: little to no seafood available in the resort.
The idea felt obvious: to bring seafood here, into the country and the village, sourced directly from our French producers. To introduce renowned names like Les Parcs de l’Impératrice, to share what we love, at an accessible price. The sea in the mountains, that is the thread that runs through this world.

Yes, we strongly recommend it. Our deliveries are calibrated to bookings, so by reserving your platter a few hours (ideally the day before) in advance, we can ensure the best selection for you. Call us at +376 850 011.
Our oysters come directly from our French producer partners. Each delivery is selected according to the season and the day’s catch.
Our seafood menu changes with deliveries and seasons. Some products are available year-round, others only seasonally. The best is to call us the day before to check the day’s availability.
Yes, with prior booking. Call us to discuss your platter (number of people, composition, budget) and we’ll prepare it for the time slot of your choice.
We are open Thursday to Monday lunch, from 12 PM to 3 PM, as well as Friday and Saturday evenings, from 7 PM to 10 PM. Tuesday and Wednesday are our closing days.
Several public car parks are located within a few minutes’ walk of the restaurant:
• Aparcament Plaça Coprínceps — the most central, 1–2 min walk
• Parking PARKIA Coprínceps — next to the main square, covered
• Parking PARKIA Cobert Comunal — one of the largest car parks in the area, easy access, very popular in winter
In high season, we recommend arriving a little early.
Yes, we are open all year round, apart from a few days of annual closure. As Pas de la Casa is a mountain resort, we are just as active in winter season as in summer season.
